Top 16 squads from across the Middle East and Africa battle it out for the title and a chance to qualify to PUBG MOBILE GLOBAL CHAMPIONSHIP (PMGC)

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – 12 October 2022: The 2022 PUBG MOBILE Pro League Middle East and Africa (2022 PMPL MEA) Fall championship officially kicks off on October 12th for four consecutive days full of exciting and competitive battles. A total of 16 teams from across the Middle East and Africa battle to win first place with a prize pool of $150,000.

The 2022 PMPL MEA Fall brings together leading competitors where only top three winning teams will get the chance to compete in PUBG MOBILE GLOBAL CHAMPIONSHIP (PMGC), the final and largest event of the year. Players will also get a chance to show off and prove themselves for the MVP title with a $2000 reward.

The 2022 PMPL MEA Fall will see some of PUBG MOBILE Esports’ best teams, including the top teams from 2022 PMPL Africa and 2022 PMPL Arabia, hosted earlier this year, who amazed viewers with exceptional performances across both tournaments. The teams participating in 2022 PMPL MEA Fall are:

1. TEAM FALCONS
2. R8 SPORTS
3. GEEKAY E-SPORTS
4. NIGMA GALAXY
5. POWR ESPORTS
6. CONQUEROR
7. OOREDOO THUNDERS
8. FOR KURDISTAN
9. NASR ESPORTS
10. TWISTED MINDS
11. ONE MILLION ESPORTS
12. TITAN GAMING
13. SLIME 4KT
14. LEADERS ESPORTS
15. VIRTUAL GAMING SQUAD
16. SOUL ESPORTS

Nigma Galaxy, R8 Sports, and One Million Esports have already accumulated enough points to qualify them directly to PMGC which raises the stakes for other teams.  If any of these three teams win any of the top three places, the teams next on the ladder will qualify for the PMGC World Championship alongside them.

2022 PUBG MOBILE Pro League Middle East and Africa is sponsored by OPPO and can be livestreamed over the 4-days starting 18:45 (GMT+1) on PUBG MOBILE Esports accounts on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.
