Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – 1st September 2022: AlUla Moments announced the line-up of artists for AZIMUTH in AlUla at a live show at Riyadh Boulevard City on the 1st of September. In a world first takeover, the 82 screens at Riyadh Boulevard broadcasted a five-minute performance by the Saudi Violinist and DJ, KAYAN who played a sublime set against a backdrop of AlUla’s iconic Elephant Rock. The moment brought the Boulevard to life with shoppers and diners enjoying the music and the spectacular scenery of AlUla. Dancers appeared from the crowd bringing the spirit of AZIMUTH and AlUla to the Riyadh Boulevard. At the end of the performance, the artist line up was announced and tickets went on sale, encouraging spectators to snap up one of the limited tickets to the event.

 

Taking place in AlUla, in the same place as the Desert X AlUla art exhibition, from the evening of 22nd to the morning of 24th of September, the second edition of AZIMUTH will celebrate arts and music in style.

The list of artists includes international performers Damian Lazarus, DJ Snake and Parov Stelar. Local music names include a large list of renowned regional artists: Dorar, Solskin, KAYAN, Dish Dash, Baloo, Biirdperson, Gooner, Nightmare on Wax Live, ANMARZ and Vinyl Mode, with many more to be announced.

 

AZIMUTH will start on the 22nd of September, with concerts running from 8 PM till 6 AM of Friday, and on 23rd of September from 4:30 PM till 6 AM of Saturday. Attendees can take advantage of the 92nd Saudi National day holiday and explore AlUla’s magical moments with music, arts, food and retail.
