
9 Million Calls Answered by Saudi Health Hotline
937 achieved 90% customer satisfaction level
Riyadh: Saudi Health said on Monday, August 8, that its 937 toll-free hotlines received 8.8 million calls during the first half of 2022. Of those 2.5 million calls inquired about urgent medical consultations, while 350 thousand calls reported incidents that were resolved promptly, achieving a customer satisfaction rate of 89.6%.
The Ministry renewed its commitment to further improve services provided through 937 by adding additional options, such as appointment booking services for primary health centers, stop-smoking clinic appointments, referrals to major hospitals, as well as technical support for e-health applications.
The ministry also announced the re-launching of its WhatsApp service via the number 92005937 to provide quick access to express options such as locating the nearest health center and appointment information details.
