Saudi Launches National Long-Covid Clinics

Free of charge service for patients with ongoing symptoms 

Riyadh - April 22, 2022:  Saudi Ministry of Health launched a long-covid treatment clinic, to help patients who have previously contracted the virus across the Kingdom. An appointment can be booked in the new clinics by calling the toll-free number 937.


Ministry experts indicate that the coronavirus has long-term symptoms that may appear 4 weeks after infection, which include a persistent cough, shortness of breath, exhaustion and fatigue, joint and muscle pain, sleep problems, loss of sense of smell and taste, bad mood, in addition to the loss of focus and cognitive impairment.
