The Products: A Celebratory Collection Of Exclusive Pieces

Statue Tanagra, Daum
In honour of Tanagra herself and the 40th Anniversary, Daum creates a special edition of the Tanagra Daum Statue. It all goes back to the 1870s to 1880s, where a Greek statuette made its appearance in French museums. Named Tanagra, this figurine was a terracotta statuette that appeared in Greece in the 4th and 3rd centuries BC. With finely worked details, it represented a woman wrapped in a draped coat. Figuratively, the name is thus attributed to a young woman remarkable for her grace and finesse. During this period. Antonin Daum and Almaric Walter developed a technique of translucent glass paste. Antonin Daum chose Tanagra, this Greek woman of natural elegance, as one of the first models he created. Thus, “Tanagra with a fan” was created by Daum in 1905. Originally created in terracotta color with a slight graduation of color, it is now adorned with sublime shades of red for the exclusive creation dedicated to the 40th anniversary of Tanagra. Numbered and limited edition of 60 pieces.

Panther the Leap, Baccarat
To celebrate the 40 years of Tanagra and honor this special Ruby anniversary, Baccarat has designed, in exclusivity for the occasion, a dazzling red version of its iconic crystal panther. A genuine masterpiece embodying the feline’s elegance and great agility in all its splendor. The red coat of the animal, obtained with 24-carat gold powder, underscores its hypnotic grace even more. Cut from a single block of crystal, the slanted silhouette conveys the exceptional know-how of Baccarat. A true object of desire symbolizing the perfect encounter between heritage, perfection and modernity. Numbered and limited edition of 200 pieces.

Aux Papillons Vase, Bernardaud
A collection inspired by curiosity cabinets in vogue in the 17th century and the fascination for the beauty of the iridescent wings of butterflies, the Oiseaux adorns a new look in celebration of Tanagra’s 40th Anniversary. Typically crafted with both butterflies and birds, this exclusive edition only displays the beautiful butterflies. Like an aviary, the butterflies come in tones of carmine, pink and purple, twirling and landing here and there on the stylized trees treated in relief gold reminiscent of Japanese prints. Created by the brand as a warm gift to celebrate 40 years of partnership, this piece is exclusive to Tanagra this 2021.

Ombelles Vase, Lalique
An ode to Tanagras 40th celebration, the Ombelles Vase by Lalique has been created in a new light. The Ombelles designs feature lightness, evanescence and modernity. The purity of the crystal echoes the sober lines of the slender flowers. As if rocked by the wind, the transparent blossoming scintillates on the satin finished crystal. Exclusively for Tanagra, this creation re-interpreted in fuchsia crystal for a limited edition of 150 pieces.
