The hotels showed great occupancy last year and prepare for this year’s Hajj and Umrah season 


Al Madinah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (September 08, 2019) – Muslims across the world have just embraced the new Hijri year and prepare themselves for the Umrah season; similarly, Millennium Taiba and Al Aqeeq are gearing up in full force to welcome pilgrims for this Hijri year. Both the hotels are welcoming guests with new Hijri year greetings, as a warm and caring gesture to making the guests feel important and taken care of.

Millennium Al Aqeeq Hotel, a five-star hotel comprising 505 spacious rooms stylishly designed and equipped with the latest amenities, witnessed a great performance last year with a massive occupancy during last year’s Hajj and Umrah season. Likewise, the Millennium Taiba Hotel that is located in the heart of Madinah and 250m away from to Al Masjed Al Nabawi comprises 208 spacious rooms stylishly designed and equipped with the latest amenities to meet the sophisticated and demanding guests; has seen a tremendous inflow of pilgrim in the last Hijri year. Both the hotels, Millennium Taiba, and Al Aqeeq are in full swing to make the best arrangements for their guests. 

Last year alone Saudi’s Ministry of Hajj and Umrah issued 7.6 million visas in the 2018-19 season and they aim to go up by 30 percent, i.e. aim to issue 10 million visas this year. With a great footfall last year at Millennium Taiba and Al Aqeeq, the hotels are positive about the new Hajj and Umrah season this year. The hotels aim to do that through new partnerships with travel agencies, throughout the Islamic year, in addition to its internal evaluation on topics such guest experience and satisfaction.
