Dubai, UAE, January 13, 2019:  As part of the third Global Energy Forum, His Excellency Khalid A. Al-Falih, Minister of Energy, Industry and Mineral Resources of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia delivered the opening address for day three of the Forum.

 His Excellency Al-Falih later joined Frederick Kempe, President and CEO of the Atlantic Council, on a panel titled 'An Update On Saudi Vision 2030 and The Oil Market' .
