
Marchon Eyewear, Inc. and Calvin Klein, Inc. Announce Renewal of Exclusive Longterm Global Eyewear Licensing Agreement
Dubai, UAE, October 7, 2017: Marchon Eyewear, Inc., one of the world’s leading manufacturers and distributors of quality eyewear and sunwear, and Calvin Klein, Inc., the global lifestyle brand and wholly owned subsidiary of PVH Corp. (NYSE: PVH), today announced the longterm, multi-year renewal of their global eyewear licensing agreement.
This agreement is for the exclusive design, development, production and distribution of Calvin Klein, Inc.’s ophthalmic and sunglass collections, under the CALVIN KLEIN 205W39NYC, CALVIN KLEIN, and Calvin Klein Jeans brands. This renewal marks the 25 year milestone since Marchon and Calvin Klein, Inc. first engaged as licensing partners in 1992.
