Al Habtoor continued its KSA expansion plan by opening of its Riyadh Vehicle Body Repair Centre and inviting 25 of the biggest insurance companies in Saudi to view the world class facility and meet the Al Habtoor KSA management team.

These large insurance companies were impressed by the quality processes designed to ensure top quality vehicle repair jobs and the full size truck spray booth, Black Hawk chassis straightener for accident repair of even the biggest heavy duty trucks and a specialized truck brake tester to ensure that the brake performance of every vehicle serviced meets manufacturer’s standards.  This event was a great opportunity for them to meet, interact and share their ideas with other Insurance professionals and learn best practice.

The 9,000m2 facility on Eastern Ring Road Exit 17 is dedicated to the rapidly growing FUSO truck brand, a division of Daimler Trucks.  It also has 20 fully air conditioned truck working bays plus a Parts department holding 7,500 lines and 220,000 individual parts

The investment is dedicated to Al Habtoor Motors promise of a one stop solution for all truck operators and particularly insurance companies’ customers.  Their service operations, Parts facility and truck accident repair centre, including the fabrication of Bodies for truck chassis, are all under one roof, ensuring the lowest possible vehicle operating costs.

Al Habtoor Motors Saudi Arabia Country Head, Mr. Simon Monahan said, “Saudi Arabia has one of the highest accident rates per km in the world, yet the quality of repair can be very poor.  We are delighted to welcome our Insurance partners and will work together with them to produce top quality repairs at competitive prices.   Our investment is dedicated to reducing your costs through quick and efficient service and repair to the highest possible standards.”

Mr. Simon also stated, “One of the biggest challenges for insurance companies is to get a quality job delivered to their customers on-time and to the highest quality.  We understand this and guarantee our team’s commitment to providing great customer service at all times to all our stake holders”
