Leading global engineering software provider organized one-day conference series in Middle East

Dubai, United Arab Emirates, November 10, 2016:  Intergraph® Process, Power & Marine (PP&M), part of Hexagon and the world’s leading global provider of enterprise engineering software to the process, power and marine industries, organized its Middle East Users Conference in Al-Khobar, Saudi Arabia, on November 1, and in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, on November 3. 

As low oil prices continue to affect the global petroleum, petrochemical, process, power and marine industries, this year’s Intergraph PP&M Middle East Road Show focused on cost-effectiveness and how to lengthen the lifecycle of existing assets. The conference featured discussions and shared best practices on how owner operators can improve existing assets, boost efficiency, improve productivity and enhance operational expenditure to improve margins and gain a competitive advantage.

The one-day event series brought together professionals in the global petroleum, petrochemical, process, power and marine industries. The conference provided visitors with an overview of proven technology solutions that can help to mitigate the challenging business environment in the Middle East region. 

Featured sessions during the Intergraph PP&M Middle East Road Show included:

• Keynote presentations from Intergraph PP&M executives highlighting how Intergraph PP&M continues to invest in developing innovative solutions for owner operators globally.
• Hands-on product demonstrations and sessions, covering topics such as information management, engineering and design, brownfield engineering and project controls, which will be presented by Intergraph PP&M, Atheeb Intergraph Saudi Company and EcoSys product experts.
• Customer speakers including Piyush Sheth, Team Leader Engineering Applications, Abu Dhabi Gas Development, discussed the use of Intergraph SmartPlant® Instrumentation at Al Hosn Gas.
