Set to welcome guests starting December 16 for both lunch and dinner services, Zuma Riyadh promises a truly elevated dining experience, blending its signature Japanese cuisine with the vibrant cultural energy of Saudi Arabia’s capital.

Boasting an extensive menu of beloved favourites, including fresh sushi, delicate sashimi and nigiri, Zuma brings its globally celebrated culinary mastery to the region. The menu will also feature a Riyadh-exclusive dessert, the Ajwa Date and Miso Toffee Cake with ginger crumble, poached pears, and sweet corn mochi ice cream, a creation which combines the essence of the region's flavours with Zuma's renowned techniques, delivering a unique gastronomic fusion.

Spanning two floors, the interior reflects Zuma’s tradition of highlighting natural elements and contemporary juxtaposition. Meticulously designed by renowned architect Noriyoshi Muramatsu, the setting is rooted in natural harmony with subtle flourishes inspired by the city, blending modern elegance with a deep respect for tradition.
