In the context of his belief concerning the importance of his roles in social responsibility
Riyadh, June 19, 2017: As part of Burj Rafal Hotel Kempinski initiatives during the holy month of Ramadan in supporting charitable activities in the community, the hotel has made an integrated volunteering campaign, including signing number of agreements, building partnerships and distributing food and beverages. The hotel staff interacted with this campaign in a remarkable way.
Prior to the beginning of the holy month, the hotel confirmed a cooperative partnership with the Orphan Charity Foundation (Ekhaa) and with Saudi Food Bank (Etaam) to be one of the participants in the Kempinski Ramadan Tent. Ekhaa seeks to apply all its potential to serve orphans, and to build distinguished relations with all concerned parties to contribute upgrading their services and changing the situation from dependence to responsibility.
While Etaam aim to raise awareness, and disseminate food preserve culture among community through establishing awareness exhibitions, seminars and lectures to educate the community in regard the importance of food preserving. In addition, had made agreements with hotels to take and pack the leftover food in accordance with the international high quality and safety standards to deliver it to the beneficiaries in a decent manner.
In the same context, Burj Rafal Hotel Kempinski has distributed numerous of Ramadan baskets to many passing cars and Taxis, due to his belief concerning the importance of his role in humanitarian work, performing community functions, which deepens the culture of feeling for the other, and shows the necessity of interaction greatly with others.
Mr. Juan Uribe, General Manager of the hotel, expressed his gladness regarding the interaction of Rafal Kempinski's staff and departments with the charity campaign that launched in the holy month of Ramadan; clarifying that they will spare no effort to fulfill their roles as community administrator and seek to embody a culture of good and giving, pointing out that it was not the first time such campaigns had organized.
The administrators of the participating associations with Burj Rafal Hotel Kempinski expressed their thanks and appreciation to the hotel and its staff regarding this initiative which supports all people kind and promotes kinship solidarity among Saudi society members by supporting such campaigns in this holy month.
