Dell EMC tops the Great Place to Work list amongst Technology companies in Saudi Arabia
Dell EMC also secured the second position in the survey across all businesses in the Kingdom

Great Place to Work® analysts assess great workplaces based on two assessment tools: The Trust Index© Employee Survey and the Culture Audit© Management Questionnaire. Through these tools they concisely evaluate the perceptions of employees that accurately underpin their workplace culture. While two-thirds of the participating company’s score is based on the confidential feedback received from employees, the remainder of the score comprises of an audit of management and HR practices, under which Dell EMC topped the Great Place to Work 2016 list in Saudi Arabia.
